Consortium

Z phase strengthened steels for ultra-supercritical power plants

The Z-Ultra Consortium is comprised of a unique and interdisciplinary combination of four research centres, four universities and three companies. The project partners have been selected such as to cover all expertise required to achieve the objectives and such that a close interaction between modelling, experimental analysis, demonstration and end-user requirements is guaranteed.

The Consortium is coordinated by an Institute of the Fraunhofer Society, which by mission specialises on linking academic and industrial environments.
